The Smart Suicide Prevention Initiative (SSPI) is a mental health advocacy and community-based organization dedicated to suicide prevention, emotional well-being, social inclusion, and psychosocial support for vulnerable populations, including persons in custodial settings. The founder of SSPI, Apostle Dr. Smart MA-Chongo of the Reflections International Ministries established this Initiative in 2013 after he lost a dear friend to Suicide. Fully registered with the Corporate Affairs Commission with the registration number 113963® We believe that every life has value, regardless of circumstance, status, or background and that suicide prevention must intentionally reach those most at risk and most often forgotten.
